1. Download & Complete "Application for Summer Camp 2010".
   (Please read the "Terms and Conditions" before sending in the application form)


2. Upon receiving notification from the school that a place is available, payment of a deposit of CHF 1,000.-- per child per session, or CHF 2,000.-- per child for two sessions must be made immediately. This deposit will be deducted from the fees, but it will not be refunded unless written notice of cancellation is received by the school on or before 15. April 2010.


3. A certificate of good health, to be provided by the school, must be signed by both a doctor and parent to indicate that your child is able to participate fully in the camp program. This certificate must be forwarded to the school by 15. May 2010.


4. The balance of fees and a deposit for extras must be paid on or before 15. May 2010. A form for calculating fees and extras will be provided by the school.
