“Magnificent mountain setting”

The school is situated in the heart of Saanen, Gstaad, a beautiful village in the Bernese Oberland.

A series of traditional Swiss, historic buildings provides both teaching and boarding facilities at the school. Two boarding houses provide a welcoming home to 25 male and female students.

The school works closely with the local community and takes advantage of the world class facilities on the door step.

The ski slopes are among the very best in the world, and in winter, students spend either two or three afternoons per week, depending on age, ski training to the highest of standards.

A new Secondary Building was openned in Autumn 2013 and provides us with modern classrooms, science laboratory and library media centre, as well as a large multipurpose hall providing space for drama productions, musical activities and assemblies.

2017 JFK Swiss Outdoor Camp - a great success!

A great adventure!

This year we had a great success with our JFK Swiss Outdoor Camp receiving more than 90 children for an outdoor adventure during 6 weeks. Children enjoyed the day activities such as rafting, climbing, hiking, camping, etc. depending on the 3 themes offered during each week, rock (climbing), water (water adventure activities) and mountain (camping and hiking). The experience is not limited in outdoor activities, but also children enjoy the social and cultural activities organised in the camp. Each outdoor activity is always related to an outdoor learning subject given live on site and in an "outdoor classroom" called nature. Applications are opened to a new adventure for Summer 2018.
